Getting Started

Set your realmlist before creating an account

Order matters less than you think — either works, but setting the realmlist first means you can log straight in after registering. See How to Connect.

Rewards & Shop

Vote daily to build a streak

Consecutive daily votes build toward the Spectral Tiger mount on your Profile Rewards tab — missing a day resets the streak.

The shop never sells stats

Only cosmetics, mounts and convenience — anything that looks like a power purchase is either a service (faction/name change) or doesn't exist.

Get a friend to level 10 for a reward

Recruit-a-Friend rewards trigger automatically once your friend's character hits level 10 — see the Recruit tab on your Profile.

Support

Report bugs, don't farm them

Upvotes on the Bug Tracker help GMs prioritize fixes — knowingly abusing a bug is treated the same as cheating.

Deleted a character by mistake?

Open a Character Restoration ticket from your Profile's Support tab — Frozencore keeps deleted characters recoverable for a limited window.
