Speed hacks, fly hacks, packet manipulation, multi-boxing exploits, or any third-party tool that gives an unfair advantage. Caught once, you're banned — no warning tier for this one.
Buying or selling gold, items or accounts for real money outside our own cosmetic shop. This includes power-leveling services for payment.
Harassment, hate speech, and targeted abuse aren't tolerated in chat, mail, or in-game names. Disagreements happen — cruelty doesn't get a pass.
Found an exploit? Report it on the Bug Tracker — don't farm it. Knowingly abusing a bug for personal gain is treated the same as cheating.
Multiple accounts are fine. Using them to bypass bans, manipulate the economy, or abuse Recruit-a-Friend rewards is not.
Severity depends on the offense — some things skip straight to a permanent ban.
Minor chat violations, first-time minor offenses. Logged on your account.
Repeated warnings, moderate rule violations, minor bug abuse.
Serious violations, repeated offenses, real-money trading.
Cheating, hacking, severe harassment. No appeal for confirmed cheating.
Open a ticket from your Profile under Support, category "Account Issue" — a GM who wasn't involved in the original action will review it.
